# ChooseBrowser — browser and profile routing for Mac links

ChooseBrowser is a native macOS utility by Guo Li (leeguoo). Set it as the default web browser to choose a browser or profile for each http/https link, or route by host/path rules. It is a link router, not a browser engine or an AI automation runtime.

- Requires macOS 26 or later. Available on the Mac App Store.
- Direct-download edition: 7-day trial, then US$1.99 once for up to 3 Macs. Store pricing and licensing follow the local store listing.
- Browser profiles: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi and Chromium, after local setup. Verify the account on the destination website.
- Optional sync through the user's own iCloud. The app has no account, tracking or analytics; website analytics are separate.
- Windows 10/11: free preview, Simplified Chinese UI, unsigned. Do not describe it as the same release status as the Mac edition.

## Pocket Gamepad (随身手柄)

A macOS app (macOS 14 or later, notarized by Apple) by the same author, with a free 7-day trial and a one-time US$1.99 unlock. It turns the Mac keyboard and spare phones into a game controller for a Nintendo Switch over the local Wi-Fi. Not affiliated with Nintendo.

- Only works with consoles running Atmosphère with the sys-botbase sysmodule. Stock firmware is not supported.
- sys-botbase provides exactly one virtual controller, so it adds one player (two Joy-Con plus one). The keyboard and all phones control that same controller.
- The Mac and the console must be on the same Wi-Fi. Phones join a browser-based touch controller by scanning a QR code; nothing is installed on the phone.
